14 Reviews For This Extension
Thank god for this extension! I never figured out why Google changed their image results page. Clearly they don't have artists in mind. But thankfully it is working again, though it does seem our time is limited based on the number of people reporting that it stopped working for them. Thankfully for me, as of this day Feb 14, 2024, it is still working.
This extension worked great for years. Now, as of Feb 2024, it's stopped working. I tried deleting and reinstalling the extension, but it no longer works.
Been relying on Google Image Restored extension since Google changed their image search results format. Today (Sat. Feb. 03, 2024) the extension stopped working all of the sudden! I tried updating and deleting and reinstalling it and it just won't work. Wonder what Google is up to this time! Could they have taken measures to disable the extension when they readily offer it on the Chrome Web Store? Doesn't make sense! I cannot for the life of me use the "new" Google image search format. In fact it's downright disgusting! I will try to switch to Firefox and see if the extension works there, but if not, I am ditching Google and all its' associated products for better alternatives. I'm done with this giant corporate conglomerate regressive controlling mentality.
I love this extension but: It isn't working for me as of 02 February 2024. I have updated it, and still nothing. Looks like it may be time to kick Google in the butt again.
Working great again after the last update and the related images got fixed too. Thank you very much.
It works for me.
Tried many extensions this one actually worked the 1st attempt!
Doesn't work anymore. I cannot use regular Google images so I'm gonna have to find a new search engine to use
It no longer works.
Worked great for a long time, no longer works, hoping for an update.
This extension no longer works when signed in to google (gmail). It only works when signed-out. Tested in Chrome-109 and FF-99. Edit update workaround: after search results, click on “shopping” first and then on “images”, problem solved.
appears to work. the only one that works most consistently.
This extension works perfectly FINE!!!!!!
Works great! Until now. Google changed something in Chrome and now the images are to the right again. I hope an update comes where the images drop down in the middle again.
